I've attempted to make tofu on only 2 other occasions, and both times it came out a slimy, disgusting mess. But, tonight we tried this fantastic tofu cooking method, "Dry Fry," which you can find here. We cut and dried the tofu, then "dry fired" it to get all the liquid out of it--this part took awhile. Once we marinated it and tossed in some veggies, peanuts, and Kung Pao sauce, it was delicious! If you have experienced a Tofu Disaster, I highly recommend this awesome, easy, method!
